What began a year ago as an effort to bring order to clients' wardrobes has become a thriving business for Jessica Caballero. One of those rare creative personalities who is also an organizer, she provides the necessary perspective to help in culling those no longer worn or out of season items. On a later day, informed by a custom lookbook based upon the remaining staples, the ladies go shopping. Her infectious enthusiasm keeps things fun. "It's very personal and I think women like that someone is catering to their needs." She encourages them to retain their receipts from the new purchases. After all, the process is cyclical and those to follow will appreciate authentication. So, whither the culls? At first a few pieces went to charity, but once the treasures reached critical mass, a resale boutique was born. Open only by appointment,
The Cycle Of Style resembles a movie star's dressing room, enlivened by well chosen music and prosecco. Caballero's graphic design skills are evident in details both large and small throughout the space. It's difficult to put a foot wrong in a place where the jar of candy color coordinates with the logo. Her triathlete's iron will has grown the business through its first year, culminating in an appearance on WGCL TV 46 Better Mornings Atlanta and an evening open house this Thursday. See you there!
